The two exercises undertaken at the 23 March workshop have been recorded and are now available on the MOA.

The first exercise covering the Barnett family of Tunbridge Wells and Devon connections with Coast guards is on the MOA area for members to catch up and learn about possible research source that could help find the true place of birth George Barnett.

The second exercise covering William Alfred Williams who possibly went under two names. He is known only from one census record in Kenton Devon as having been born in Ireland and his parent's marriage in Dublin where he was born. His life from birth to age 11 is unknown as is his life after that census. Possible research sources that could help find the story of his life and what may have happened to him were discussed.
