The Society runs workshops to help members with their research, covering many varied subjects and topics.
What are the challenges facing you in your research? Do the subjects list interest you? Workshop topic suggestions are needed. Leaders are needed, do you have an expertise in some aspect of Family History research that you could share with members?
They have already proved popular and booking well in advance is essential.
All workshops are held on a Wednesday from 10.30 to 12.30 at the Society Library and Resource Centre, 80 Summerhouse Drive, Joydens Wood, Bexley, Kent DA5 2EE.
Numbers are limited to 10 members per workshop. Booking can be done by email, please send your details with the workshop title you'd like to attend, to Workshop Booking, or ask either Pam Goddard or a library volunteer for a form; or contact Janet Rose on 01322-384836.
You'll need to book a place in advance, they are not open to members who just turn up at the library. If you cannot get on the list, we take names for reserves just in case anyone drops out. Another workshop will be organised if there is enough demand.
A £5 donation per workshop would be appreciated, which includes refreshments.

Email firstname.lastname@example.org to request an invitation to one of these zoom meetings stating the subject you want or in the case of discussion groups the topic for the theme of the meeting.
